internet not working but wifi detected
Since yesterday morning we have had a problem with our internet connection. First it was switching on and off but now we have no connection at all. wifi is still deteted but the @light is flashing red. I am using my mobile data for the moment.

Hi,
It's normal, the wifi signal work between your modem and your device, but if the network don't work (no signal from internet) the wifi is transmetting nothing.
The official dont assume no more personal support, so you need to contact voo by WhatsApp, the support by phone (078/50 50 50 or the social média.
