Installed the 1 Gbs but I have only 400 Mbs
Hello ,
Recently I installed the 1Gbs option, it was activated last week, and immediately I could measure speeds as 710 Mbs max.
This week the installer came in order to upgrade the modem and since than, with the new Technicolor modem, I can barely arrive at 350-400 Mbs.
I am in Woluwe Saint Pierre, Stockel area.
I do not know what is the max speed there, but I could achieve 700 Mbs

Hello,
The upgrade of the modem bring you back to the 400 Mbps profile.
Unfortunately, you have to wait until the 1st of December , as the new speed is always available the first day following a change....

Hi,
If they replaced your modem with a new one, you have probably get back to the old subsription profil till the 1st december.
If not yet done, put your customer number in your forum profile, so one official can confirm your situation.

You have to wait until a "Voo Official" read this subject, or you can phone at 078 50 50 50
But for me it is 100% sure that you have to wait until 1st of December for the 1 Gbps speed ......

@cosmos1999 is right !
The modem should have been replaced before 1/11 otherwise it blocks the actual upgrade of the pack in « giga max » and also the speed for the following month ...
Officials will not be able to do anything to change this situation.
You will have to wait until 1 December to get the correct speed profile on the new modem CGA even if you had received a temporary profile on the old Technicolor TC 7210.
Note : The old modem TC can not reach 1 Gbps, only +/- 700 Mbps max thus must be replaced .
