I have tried everything to get the internet /WiFi back . Is there a problem with in area 1312?

Hi, i am not one official, so i can't check your connection, but if i understand well your picture, there is no connection between your modem and the net, so it is probably a network failure.

You can phone to 078/50 50 50 to check it.
