400 mbps non atteint
400 mbps non atteint
Bonjour,

What is the make and model of your computer?
Is it a recent one?
If it is a laptop, it must be powered on the 220 volts, not battery

Do both devices give you similar results?
Obviously on the wifi, it is not very reliable since this modem is not at the latest wifi standard.
Ask VOO for an exchange of your old modem for a newer one.

You will get better results with a newer modem anyway.
it can aggregate more download frequencies to get closer or easier to 400 Mbps
You have recent hardware so you might as well receive a new modem that makes also wifi 5 (A/C instead of N)
