Customer service in English?
Hi, i wanted to cut my service with voo but instead their increased my cost. I have called them several times to ask question but they don’t seem to have anyone working there who can speak English. Could someone help me on what do i need to do to cancel the service? Many thanks for any help!

Could we please get the option of original comments or commentators in English? Or the option to change language? As I watch UFC for 5 years on Telenet, since 1st of January it moved to VOO sports, and they only speak French.... and I don't.... And they keep talking the full length of every show....

Yeah, I just called that number again, and nobody speaks English there! It's definitely a scam, nothing else! VOO can keep sending me invoices; I'll just simply ignore them. This forum chat will be my evidence if it comes down to legal claims.

If there is no option to select English in a basic menu in the beginning of the call, just ask the person you will be connected with, I'm sure that he will redirect you to a person who is able to speak English 😊
