Is the voo network still down? I am without TV and Internet since 16h00 !!

Your neighbourhood was affected by a blackout on 20 December due to a power cut.
Our amplifiers require a stable power supply, which was not the case.
As we are not responsible for this network, we had to wait for it to be repaired before reactivating the connections.
The fault was rectified at around 7.30am on 21 December. We apologise for the inconvenience.
