I had a customer service shouting on me on the phone

Today I called your client service administrative department to update my contract and the woman showed no interest to work or to answer my question. I asked her to forward me someone else. She said that she is working form home and she can't do this in a very  rude way. Apparently she took as offensive and starting shouting on me and refusing to give her name. 

Having experiencing this I want my conversation with her to be re-listen and evaluated and if no excuse from the lady she talked with me I want to close my contract with you.

Since no one care about the subject and I didn't have any feedback from your side since almost a month I decided to move all my services from you VOO to other companies.  This is to note that I have been a client for 11 years.
