If the voo decoder is a « voocorder » , restarting the internet modem doesn’t help .
The voocorder uses its own internal modem for interactivity.
VOD’s or Be tv ALD functionality also uses specifics high frequencies on the cable above the tv and internet frequencies …
Signal quality on these high frequencies may be to poor or disturbed and in this case you will experience some video playback problems …
It would be good to have the installation and signal checked by a technician.
The device may also be at end of life or defective.

Hello @gkalayci,
Do you have the problem with all the contents of "Be tv" or only some contents meet the error ? Do you see an error code (E52, E58...) ?
Does this also happen with other VODs (news, weather, free VOO movies,...)?
Does the problem persist after restarting the decoder (remove the power plug for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in) ?
I am waiting for your feedback :)

Hello,
Both the movies series on "be a la demand" and "vod" are causing the same trouble.
There is no specific error code such as E52.
I restarted the decoder, the problem remained.

I must have been confused last night, I'm sorry :-/
I confirm that restarting the modem will not solve the VOOcorder problem.
The version of @roylion15 seems to be confirmed about the high frequencies disturbed because the internal modem of the decoder receives a bad signal.
A technician is needed to solve this problem.
Our appointments are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, for the following time slots
- in the morning (between 8AM and 1PM),
- in the afternoon (between 1PM and 5PM),
- in the evening (between 5PM and 8PM - except Saturdays).
When would you be available @gkalayci ?
