Payment made no communication listed
Good morning I made payment and forgot to add communication. Service is blocked but due to language barrier I haven’t been able to get assistance from customer service. Someone please help and thank you !

When did you make the payment?
Usually they can link the payment to the invoice but it can take some time.
Are you sure you paid the money into the right account number?
If not already done, add your customer number to your profile, they will probably be able to check your situation.

I paid the invoice January 9, I checked Iban and it is correct. Telephone number is 0470xxxxxx
