Comment bloquer une carte SIM en cas de perte ou de vol ? (voo.be)

Pour bloquer votre carte SIM, vous avez différentes possibilités :

• Bloquez vous-même votre carte SIM via notre serveur vocal interactif en téléphonant au 078 50 50 50. 
• Bloquez votre carte SIM via votre espace personnel myVOO.

Si vous ne retrouvez pas votre carte SIM, rendez-vous dans un point de vente VOO et demandez gratuitement une nouvelle carte SIM. Vous conserverez votre numéro de GSM.

As Marcs says, you can block the SIM from your myVOO.

For the new SIM, you can go to a VOO store to get it quickly.

We can also send you a new SIM to your home address.

What do you want to do?

It is encoded for the number ending with 40.
You will be able to activate the SIM once you arrive to get the services on it.

It takes a few days for the SIM to reach you through Bpost.
