Wifi installation

Hi, I asked for internet installation on 05/03 at 17 - 20, but because I was late at work until 18:30 I wasn't home there yet, but nobody contacted me that they were there, so I thought that they still would come after 18:30, but nobody came nor called me yesterday or today. I don't have access to my account since I'm not a customer yet so I tried to schedule a new appointment but it didn't let me do it saying that I'm already in the database and the action is not allowed. What can I do in this situation?

I have submitted a request for analysis to the relevant department and it will be processed as soon as possible.
