Am I getting my installation tomorrow?
Hi, I ordered my subscription with VOO two days ago. I ordered the installation tomorrow, Wednesday 6 march between 8 and 13 h.
But my subscription was not fully processed, because VOO did not manage to reach me by phone today, because they messed up my (Dutch) phone number (I can see in my confirmation mail that I submitted it correctly).
I got an e-mail about this, but the information to call them was insufficient, it took a lot of time to get my client number (I had to call the French sales number to get it) and now I can't reach customer service anymore because it is too late.
So I would love to know from VOO if I am still getting my installation tomorrow.
