When and where should I return the modem?
I had called the number of 04/2664114 to cancel my subscription from 14/02/2023 on 13/02/2023. The VOO staff also called me back to confirm my cancellation.
When and where should I return the modem to VOO because I didn't receive the email or information from VOO?

Hi,
When you cancel your subsciption, they send you a "letter of restitution" (it's perhaps a mail)
Restituer le matériel VOO : comment ça marche ?
You need to wait this document because the will not allowed you to give the material back witout it.
In the link i give you, you will see where you can give back the material.
