Receiving bills even after subscription cancellation requested
Hello,
I have requested my contract subscription cancellation long back by calling to your voice customer care and I got confirmation in the call that request is made, but there is only partial cancellation made as a result, I keep getting bills and penalty bills for mobile subscription which iam not using, During the initial contract time people are ok to speak in english with customer in calls but when cancellation requests or follow up requests made your customer support not reacting to english
and simply they disconnect call saying will call back but there is no response after that apart from sending bills on month month basis
I was also asked to pay for modem charges even after return is sent and sucessful from Bpost , So please check my mobile usage there is no activity on active mobile but your system keep sending bills and no response from customer care for cancellation requests /questions in english
I do not know french or dutch and i can confirm that while taking connection people talked in english
Please check call history and my subscription activity for evidences, Please cancel all bills as iam no longer using your service

First of all, this is a public forum. Please do not enter any personal information.
Consequently, I have removed your customer number from your subject.
I see that your mobile subscription had to be cancelled. I've taken care of it.
I have also created a corrective credit note.
During the month of August, all VOOmobiles invoices will be cancelled.
I've also credited the reminder fee.
As far as the modem is concerned, you did not incur any non-return charges.
