I lost my TV channels on two guest rooms

I have a business subscription and for some reason I lost my TV channels for two guestrooms. I guess I need to change some settings in the Plug & Play environment but I do not know the correct settings. Calling technical service does not lead anywhere for me so far so please can someone help me? I believe my network ID is 2211 but not sure about the other settings.

Please , provide us the brand and the exact model of these TV’s. 

Do you use a Voo ci+ card or another voo decoder on these TVs? 
If it’s for the basic live TV (direct on the coaxial) but without a ci+ card, you must use the network ID in xxx3 and not xxx1 or xxx2. (Ex : 2213) 

The other manual settings for automatic search you need : 

country : Belgium 

antenna : câble 

operator : Voo (or others if voo is not listed). 
frequency : 330 MHz

modulation : 64 QAM 

symbol rate : 6.875 Ksym

search mode : Quick or simple.

The brand of the TV is Samsung and the model number is LE32D450E1W

I do have a VOO CI+ card connected directly to the TV's. Two of the TV's have losttheir channels, the others have not.

I am a business customer and when contacting VOO Business they only speak French so I cannot get the help that I need.

Check the connections and run a channels search again with the correct manual settings that I gave. 
For the ci+ card, the network ID is in xxx1 or xxx2, not xxx3 depending on your area, anyway it’s the same thing.

Note : If your TVs have not been turned on for a long time (2 months), the ci+ cards will have lost their viewing rights and you must ask the technical service to send them back for your ci+ cards.
