WIFI NOT WORKING
I am unable to connect to my modem via WIFI on all of my devices. The lights are green on the modem showing it is working well, but i am unable to connect any device (Laptop, phone or firestick) to both the main or guest networks. I am only able to do wired connection. This has been going on for a long time but I am completely fed up now. Please help.

I notice that a device is connected to the Wifi of your modem, the situation seems to be back to normal.
