I live in Ixelles. For the past 1 week, my wifi is getting disconnected frequently.

Hi @VenkatChandrasekaran !
WiFi problems in big cities like Ixelles are often caused by a lot of other WiFi networks around yours.
However, I see that your VOO modem is an old model and I don't rule out that this device is faulty.
We can replace it for free if you wish ;-)
