Hello,
The right phone number to cancel your subscription is 04 266 41 14 , but don't know if there is someone who speak english.
Not sure it will be possible via the forum , normally they are no more allowed to do it .....
( I am not a Voo employee )

Here you have to wait until a voo "official" read this subject ....

I updated my customer number in my profile...I got many customer care numbers.But all IVRS is french only.So i am not able to select any single option.
I am really looking for some help or some english speaking customer care number for VOO.

It is the only way to cancel a contract with our society.
Rest assured that speaking english agents are available when you call this number.
I can notice that you have touch someone, the date of the cancel is the 21 of this month.
