Very slow internet connection

Hi,

I have a very slow connection from days ago.

My contract is 1GB but I am having less than 20 MB since days.

I kindly request support to fix this (I have already rebooted the modem and no changes).

Hi again,

I checked the connection (speed test) with cable and the speed is really good (more than 900 MB); therefore the problem is the wifi.

Is there something I can with the modem to fix the problem? Any tutorial?

The wired speed is excellent.

As for the Wifi, I have divided your signal into 2 frequencies:

=> VOO-TGQZAAC-2.4Ghz

=> VOO-TGQZAAC-5Ghz

 

The password remains the same and I invite you to test your speed on each frequency.

Hello @Antoine,

I checked yesterday and it worked perfectly.

And it was up and running this morning when I left; However, I have NO connection now.

I have tried to reboot the modem but I have no connection to internet (the @ symbol is red lightning).

I would really appreciate your support on that.
