URGENT: Final Request for Service Cancellation - Account - 0022163*** - Scheduled for August 31, 2025
Dear VOO Customer Service,
This is my final formal request for the cancellation of my internet service, account number 0022163*** , effective August 31, 2025.
I have made multiple attempts to cancel my service, including numerous phone calls to your customer service line at +3242664114. I have received no response or confirmation regarding my requests. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration, especially as this is the second time I have had to deal with this exact same issue with VOO.
Please consider this email as formal notice that my service is to be terminated on the specified date. I will not be held responsible for any charges or bills incurred after August 31, 2025, as I have made timely and persistent efforts to cancel my service.
I require written confirmation of this cancellation within 5 business days, along with clear instructions on how to return the modem and any other equipment.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

You can't cancel your subscription this way. You can find how to cancel your subscription here.
That number isn't in use. You have to call 078/50.50.50. Press 2 for administrative and then 4 for termination). My colleagues are listening to you from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Depending on the reason for your cancellation request, I can sometimes process your cancellation directly. Why do you want to stop your VOO subscription? Is it a move to another address in Belgium? If so, are you keeping VOO at this new address?

Thank you for your message. I understand that cancellations cannot be processed directly through this channel. I would like to clarify my situation: I am moving to a new address and will not be keeping VOO at the new location as current plan is costly for me.
Could you please advise if there’s any way for you to process the cancellation directly in my case, or should I call the number you provided (078/50.50.50, option 2 → 4) during business hours?

Dear VOO Customer Service,
I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my internet subscription. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this by phone, I have been unable to complete the cancellation. Each time I call your customer service number, I am disconnected as soon as I mention that I wish to terminate my contract.
This repeated experience has caused me great frustration. I kindly ask that you process the cancellation of my subscription immediately and confirm the termination date in writing. Please also provide any necessary instructions regarding the return of equipment (such as the modem/router).

Hello @Khanke , we completely understand your confusion, but the cancellation can only be done by phone, with the relevant service. We cannot do anything here, sorry.
