Upgrade from Net Toudoo to solo
Good evening,
I currently still have a contract for Net Toudoo (75Mbps, 100GB). My needs have changed and I would need to upgrade to an unlimited internet option, which as I understand it right now is SOLO (rapide). I see that there is an offer for 40€, but that is only for new clients. I wanted to ask:
- is there a possibility to take advantage of this offer or would I need to pay 55€? This would mean paying over 20€ more then what I pay now, which seems a lot for a loyal customer (of 7 years).
- what about the activation and installation expenses? Since I already have Voo at home, would I have to pay them?

Hello,
Unfortunately, you'll have to pay €55 because you're not a new customer 😞
However, the speed is slightly higher (200/10 Mbps) and, most importantly, there are no data limitation.
In principle, no activation or installation is required.
If you haven't already do it, enter your customer number in your profile; an official will be able to confirm if its correct.
Please note, A new subscription always starts on the first day of the month. If you wish to make the switch, you must confirm it before Saturday, otherwise it won't be activated until July 1st.

@Marcs is correct, your SOLO pack would be €55 (with no installation or activation fee to pay).
You said this was not a viable solution for you, does that mean you don't want to upgrade ?
I notice that you have incurred additional charges of €50 in recent months due to out-of-bundle usage. I strongly encourage you to consider switching to unlimited internet, as this would be significantly more beneficial for you.

Good morning Alexia, unfortunately I will not be upgrading with Voo as the cost is almost 40% above the market rate. I guess Voo as a company has its reasons for such a price, but as (loyal) customer, it is unacceptable. Thank you for your reply though!
