Still can't connect to work laptop

Dear,

I have returned back from holidays and I could not trace the last chat where I was proposed by VOO to help with fixing my issue that has been ongoing for a long time. Please provide a specialist that can fix the modem WIFI settings so I can connect to work laptop. My partner's work laptop also does not connect, at this point I fully work on my neighbours wifi which is also VOO (which works perfectly on my work laptop, except its my neighbours). Issue has been ongoing for many months. If this persists I am forced to switch to another provider unfortunately. Hoping to hear a solution from your side as soon as possible.

I do not detect any anomaly on your modem, several devices are connected to it.

 

However, it is possible that your computer is not compatible with the 5 GHz frequency which could make the connection impossible.

 

A new configuration has been sent to your modem, which should solve this problem.

 

I invite you to save the new 5GHz network on your mobile devices to benefit from this more efficient frequency.

 

However, the range of the latter is shorter, which is why it will be necessary to change the frequency depending on your proximity to the modem.

Dear,

Thank you for the answer. My neighbours Wifi is also on 5GHz frequency, so my laptop is compatible. I tried it, but it doesn't work. I restarted the modem, I did all the procedure to forget wifi etc. still doesn't work. What would be the next steps to fix this issue?
