No stable internet - since yesterday

Hello,

since yesterday I am experiencing unstable internet connection - based in ixelles. 
And no, I haven’t changed the place of my modem nor anything else. Yes, I switched it off and on. Not much has changed. 
Is there a problem in my neighbourhood? 

I already sent the question to the forum, but looks like noone bothered to help.
