No internet+TV at home again
Good afternoon, I inform you again that there is neither internet nor TV at home. A week ago we were without internet for nine days. I am really afraid of this. I just called VOO service but I didn´t understand the answering machine. Could anyone give me more information? We are trying not to cancel VOO contract but to be honest, we are really tired. Thank you.

There is indeed another outtage today in SHAPE.
Don't worry though. It's not as bad as last time, and it should be fixed by the end of the afternoon.
