All day there is no internet, we are working from home and are using data. Any solution?

Also waiting and using all my data for work, no news except a SMS at 12.30 :/
Great. I didn’t even get a sms. I hope it gets solved today or I’ll be in trouble tomorrow..

24hours later it’s working. The total lack of communication and lack of customer service made me decide to go with Proximus. Absolutely horrendous.

A power outage at Sibelga impacted our lines. Our amps were no longer powered. We are sorry for the inconvenience suffered.
