No internet in Evere (1140) from Saturday (19.10.)
Hello, from Saturday afternoon (19.10) I am without internet. I live in Evere (1140) and I tried everything you recommend, but no change (red light meaning no internet connection). I wrote you on FB, sent you message via myVOO but you did not react. What else should I as non-French speaker do? This is absolutely unacceptable. If you will not fix my issue until tommorow I am going to end contract with you and order internet from other company.
