No Internet Connection

Just came back from travel, and no internet….

I have GIGA, located in 1150 WSP and this is the third or fourth time this happens…….absolutely unacceptable when your work depend on it.

Usually during a week connection cuts once or twice for 15-20 min. but now there is nothing.

This is all in all a absolutely terrible service, lived in another country for 7 years, and not once did I have any problem at all……

Wondering if Procimusnis any better, lower speed but maybe more stable……

Also, called technical service 3 times around 20.50 and the robo answer says the opening hours are until 21.30 and then the line cuts off……

Too VOO -> if you want to keep me as a customer, you need to get my internet fixed no later than 12.00 tomorrow (22/11)…..
