No internet connection (ixelles)
Hello, it seems that there is no internet connection in Ixelles, the modem shows that it has wifi but i cannot connect to the internet. Can you please let me know if there is an internet outage in the neighbourhood? Thank you

We have this situation since yesterday. Nothing works at VOO - no information at all about how fast should we expect the internet connection fixed in Ixelles . I have restarted all devices at home. It doesn’t help. Maybe a new internet provider is the only solution. Really really bad from Voo support.
