No internet connection for 3 days

I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked. Please help... I need the internet for work.

We notice that a signal problem seems to be affecting your connection. The possible solution is to send a technician, free of charge, to your home. My colleague has already informed you of this by phone on 08/05.

 

I inform you that I have scheduled a technician's visit to your home for this 13/05 between 8 AM and 1 PM.

Please note that if the date no longer suits you, you can cancel or modify this appointment directly in your myVOO space. This is to avoid the €50 fee in case of absence when our technician arrives at your home.

You will receive a tracking link by SMS, in order to have a more precise idea regarding the time of our technician's visit.

I remain available if needed!
