No internet at home AGAIN

No internet at home and no answer from Voo. A few days ago, we were 10 days without internet. Yesterday a new general problem and, of course, no internet again. Will we be without internet ten days or even more? Maybe this time the record will be broke. Please, I need to know what is the problem. So far any answer from Voo.

Hello,

 

A meeting should take place between our technical department and the person at SHAPE who's in charge of the access to the location so we may work on our line properly.Until then, I'm afraid there will be several outtages.
