No green lights on modem not even for power
Our modem is not working, it suddenly stopped to show green lights, modem model is Technicolor we tried restarting modem by pressing wifi button but even power light is also off

Thanks Christopher for replying, sorry but restarting modem 2-3 times and waiting for sometime it did the trick

If you had to restart the modem a few times, there might be a problem with the modem. If you have any issue in the future, I'd suggest you add your customer number in your profile and keep us updated here.
