Modem shows orange light and wifi connection says No Internet, problem for 2 months, technical support unable to solve this issue as well. Any help would be much appreciated. This has been very annoying. I am thinking to move to another provider.

The readings on your modem seem correct. Your modem is currently online.
Is your modem placed upright and out of a cabinet? Do you experience this situation in the very room of the modem?
When you lose connection, what do you do?
