Leaving Belgium and need to cancel Voo Subscription on 31 October 2022

I have been calling the number 04 266 41 14 to cancel my internet subscription, but nobody is answering. I would like to cancel my internet on October 31st as I will be leaving the country. Can you please help? My client number is 0022119191.
