I tried this number over the weekend and today, the number did not ring through and I am no better off. I left the house this morning and still did not have any internet. I would appreciate some customer service to resolve this issue which I pay for but am currently not receiving any benefit
I managed to speak to the helpline, they asked me to disconnect the power cables and reconnect. I have disconnected all cables, waited an hour and reconnected. I still do not have any internet and this will be the 4th day.
I noticed that you received a response to your question in another discussion. I recommend that you do not open multiple cases on the Forum for the same issue to avoid duplicates.
