Same for me... (Lasne, red light blinking since yesterday ±5PM)

There has been a breakdown on LASNE-CHAPELLE-ST-LAMBERT since late yesterday afternoon.
Normally, everything should be back in order by early afternoon.

We have rebooted the modem but it is still blinking “red” and no internet connection. 
The only cables connected are the power and your incoming coax cable.

can you please check the line from your end.

@Nordbo All necessary checks have been done. Your neighbors' modems are online. It's a problem that only affects yours. 

We can schedule an appointment with our technician together.

He can come during the week in the morning (8:00-13:00) or in the afternoon (13:00-17:00). An adult must be present throughout the proposed time slot. The intervention is free. In case of absence, the appointment will be charged 50.00 EUR.
