Internet issue in Jodoigne
Dear VOO team,
We had issues with Internet for about a month now - it has been on and off all the time. I spoke to my neighbors who have VOO and they are also experiencing same issue. Now, since yesturday we completely lost connection at home. My customer number is 0022231962, can you please check the issue and advise.

The network service informed us that everything has been repaired, and your services should be OK.
Can you confirm that everything is working well ? You can restart your modem if you didn't do it yet đ
