Internet is NOT working since last week. Shows connected but there is NO internet.

My Internet is NOT working. Shows connected but there is NO internet. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps but the modem shows a red light.  Really struggling with reaching out the customer care ( do not speak English),  Tried alternate ways- submitted a form request with all details , tried Facebook but NO response.
