Internet connection

I have had no internet since mid morning today. I have reset the modem but no difference. It has been intermittent over the last several weeks but normally reconnects after 15 mins or so. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Yes, it came back on about 8.30 this morning. Do you know why it was not working for the majority of yesterday and starts working again when normal office hours started.

It's difficult to determine, I don't see any outages reported in your area at that time.

 

I'm noticing some instability on your signal, but everything seems stable at the moment.

I am again offline, no internet since I got back from work at 6pm today. This is getting ridiculous now.

Given the situation, we're going to have to send you a technician. He can come on weekday mornings (8am - 1pm) or afternoons (1pm - 5pm). Please note that an adult must be present, or the technician will charge you €50 for a missed appointment.
When will you be available?
