Internet connection dropping several times a day and speed varying from 40mbs-500mbs+

I had my internet installed a few weeks ago, I'm running the router in bridge mode through my Orbi Mesh Wifi so wifi signal is strong but the actual connection to the internet is dropping for minutes at a time, several times a day. So my computer/phone etc are connected to the wifi but are not getting internet access - can the inbound signal to my view modem be checked?

Even when the dropping doesn't happen I'm seeing huge variations in speed - I hoped this was due to the new installation and would settle but it's been weeks now and no improvement.

The signal to your modem is indeed not great... which explains the big variations in your internet speed.

If everything is in order in the cables since the installation, the visit of a technician will be necessary.

 

The technician's visit is completely free of charge, and only if you are not present at the time of the visit will you be billed €50 for unnecessary travel.

An SMS will be sent to you with a link to the technician's follow-up.
Can you let us know your next availability in the morning (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or afternoon (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)?
