Internet connection down every 20 minutes

Hi,

It is completely impossible to use Voo service today. I have already lost my internet connection more than 10 times today.

My account number has been added to my profile.

I honestly hope that it is just a bad day, but as I came to the forum I am noticing a worrisome number of users with similar problems and no solution so far.
