Internet conection Juppille
I am having problems with the internet connection being disrupted for short time +/- 10 seconds. This problem plays havoc with all the apparatus connected to the internet.
I have tried calling the service centre and asked for call back on the Netherlands side because I don’t speak French. I get a phone call "Private number" but they hang up after 2 seconds so I don't get the chance to answer.
I need some help to solve this problem..
J'ai des problèmes avec la connexion Internet interrompue pendant une courte période de +/- 10 secondes. Ce problème fait des ravages avec tous les appareils connectés à Internet.
J'ai essayé d'appeler le centre de service et j'ai demandé à être rappelé du côté néerlandais parce que je ne parle pas français. Je reçois un appel téléphonique « Numéro privé » mais ils raccrochent au bout de 2 secondes donc je n'ai pas la chance de répondre.
J'ai besoin d'aide pour résoudre ce problème.

Hello @Keith,
After an analysis, I see that your line is relatively stable. The network reaching your modem is good.
On the other hand, I can see several disconnections, as if the modem disconnected from the network and then resumed.
By any chance, is your modem plugged into a power strip? These symptoms can sometimes be caused by a small electrical fault in a power strip.
If you can test the modem on a direct socket and perform a factory reset, that would be great.

Hello Simon,
The modem is pluged into a constant power supply.
I will try the factory reset and see if this helps.
I will reply after the test.. it seames to happen more often with warm weather.. the next few days will be warm..
