I have no internet connection for two days during weekend

My name is Tuğrul. As of 12nd Feb. I have no internet connection. I have tried to speak customer service to inform them and find a solution but customer service staff have not helped me so far. Because I dont speak French they dont help me. There is a problem regarding internet connection but there is nobody to tell the problem. It is terrible. Another terrible thing is Voo internet connection. A lot of things depends on internet connection in daily life of people, especially in the weekend. I have tried to fund a solution but I have nothing so far. VOO!!!! Client no:*******
