Error 6010 in modem connection
I am getting error code 6010 in modem connection
modem is V2202 Technicolor
have checked all cable connection including coaxial cable and it’s correctly connected
please help at earliest to resolve

6010 is « no internet connection » on the STB …
reboot the cable modem then wait 5 minutes…
Turn off the STB with the rear switch, wait 1 minute then turn it back on and wait for the boot ... when the display on the front side turns off, then turn on the box with the remote control.
