Connection goes down due to several errors

Hello,

My internet connection goes down and comes back online:

5-1-2023 11:00 until 9-1-2023 16:00

11-1-2023 12:00 until 17:00

12-1-202318:00 until 18:30

14-1-2023 18:00 until 18:20

15-1-2023 06:00 until 06:30

Before this period there were no issues and the situation in my home is totally unchanged.

When online; speedtest results are good.

Below you find some Docsis3.1 logbook data and my signal values. Signal values and signal to noise values look all within range only the OFDM channel in the downstream seems to have a little outspec value. Can someone look at the logbook and check the values for me? Is my problem to be located outside my house?

A breakdown is currently affecting your region 😔
My colleagues are doing their utmost to resolve the problem quickly.

 

However, I see that your modem has been online for more than 40 days. The modem is therefore not working optimally.

 

Could you please also do the following:

 

- Unplug your modem completely for 1 minute
- Plug it back in and test your connection.

 

I suggest you do this about once a month, as it's very important to optimize the signal and also to enable the modem to perform certain important updates 🙂
