Cancellation of VOO internet
Hello team,
I have submitted online request for cancellation of VOO Internet in mid December-2024 and also called the customer support team. I have already submitted the VOO modem via bpost. I have received the invoice for complete December month. I think my subscription is not cancelled yet. Can you please check and confirm?

I have left the country and cannot access to myvoo. I don't have access to my registered email address '[email protected]' because I no longer work in that organisation. My personal email address is : [email protected]
