Again 4 hours no internet in Ixelles - 3rd time this week!!!

Hello, this is the 3rd day this week where we have no internet - it was already out on for several hours (!!!!) on Tuesday, Thursday and now again today. This seems to be a structural problem, what is going on? If this continues have to go back to my previous provider. Please get in touch!
