VooTV cancelation

I bought a joint service where I get the internet access and an access to the VooTV platform. We didn't order the TV signal. Nobody in our family uses the service after half a year, and I want to cancel the service. It is really unclear how to unsuscribe it. In my home country it would be just clicking a box in the web, but here it seems that it's made intentionally difficult. Very bad service.

I see that you have never contacted our services (either by phone or via social media) since you have been with us. Therefore, I find it a bit difficult to understand why you think our service is bad, given that, according to the information I have, you have never contacted these services.
