Problems Switching From WiFi

Hi,

I've had problems with my service since I joined VOO Mobile.

Very often it doesn't switch to the mobile network when I leave a place where I have a WiFi connection.

I thought it may have been my phone but I've recently bought a new one and still have exactly the same issue.

I can sometimes get it working by switching flight mode on and off but that is not an ideal solution as I'm often driving at the time.

Is this concern always in the same place or is it everywhere?
Do you have examples of addresses where the problem appears?
