No Service on Voo sim card

I have activated my sim card successfully and used it months ago.

Then, I went abroad and so I took the Voo sim out of my phone to use a local sim with a different carrier. Now that I am back in Belgium, I put the sim back inside and I am prompted for my pin, which I can enter successfully. But then my phone says no service no matter where I am.

I restarted my phone multiple times.

It is not in airplane mode.

I took the sim out and checked for dust or dirt, but it's clean.

My other sim with a different carrier works fine.

What's wrong?

Hello @Sam111111,

 

As @roylion15 said, we migrated on Orange's network a few months ago, and your SIM card needs to be remplaced.

 

A new SIM card will be sent to you by mail in a few days, you'll also receive and e-mail to activate it too.

Hello @Sam111111 

I don’t know if you have been abroad for a long time but voo has now migrated to the Orange network a few months ago. 
Check/ reset your APN settings, it is also possible that your SIM card must be replaced if too old. 
Forum officials will be able to check your file.
