Termination of phone service
Hi,
I have already submitted few tickets on my phone number usage and wanted to cancel or terminate your phone service. I have also scheduled call last week but I did not receive call from Voo.
I wanted to cancel the Voo phone service, since your changing on top of internet. Initially you offered TV+INTERNET+SIM for 27,99 EUR now your are charging 16 EUR for SIM/Phone. No more needed your valuable service.

I do not have any one with me to speak local language, so I still prefer EN. I am already aware tht BE is not official language.
The actual probelm here is not with language, the probelm is the dial back to the customer.
No problem for me to wait until today, if not today I will follow up tommorrow..

I was able to receive call from Voo, and able to sort out Phone service. I again requested call back for Internet related queries.
